Upper Body Push 
First kinda hard workout in a while(my excuse for baby weights lol). I’m beyond sore from this workout. —————————————————&mda I often get told "I don't have time to cook breakfast". So here's an example of a great tasting, healthy breakfast that you can cook in about 5-7 minutes tops.

4 Whole Free Range Eggs (cook in Coconut Oil)
3 Slices of Turkey Bacon This is a 7 week transfer from earlier in the year. When @little.lish first started with me, these pants were very snug. After just 7 weeks of diet and training she easily lost 2 inches off her waist  and 10lbs off her frame.

I would suggest doing this everyday When it comes to building a good physique weight training is far more important then cardio. Diet and weight training should be your main focus. Cardio has its place and is important but make sure it doesn't interfere with your weight training.
