EACH GROUP TRAINING SESSION INCLUDES:

  • Maximum of 6 clients (so each client gets enough attention)

  • 1 hour Full-body workouts,

  • 10 minute proper warm-up,

  • 40 minute Weight-training circuit,

  • 10 Minute HIT Cardio Blast at the end.
