Group training will motivate you and help to hold yourself accountable. It’s guaranteed to push you to work harder with some added friendly competition!
FUN ELEMENT
Group training adds an extra element of FUN to your training. Working out with a friend, partner or a small team is a lot more fun than by yourself!
COST EFFECTIVE
Group training cost less money per session compared with private 1 on 1 training, since you can split the cost with your partner or a group.
PERSONAL ATTENTION
With no more than 6 people per group, I am able to offer you personalised attention and advice to help you reach your own individual fitness goals.
Support and Advice
In addition to my guidance, you can also learn from other members as you talk about your progress and the challenges you face with one another. So everyone will benefit from helping and advising each other.
EACH GROUP TRAINING SESSION INCLUDES:
- Maximum of 6 clients (so each client gets enough attention)
- 1 hour Full-body workouts,
- 10 minute proper warm-up,
- 40 minute Weight-training circuit,
- 10 Minute HIT Cardio Blast at the end.
